Otter Valley Rod and Gun Club

September 10th was our general/executive meeting at the club . The new executive for the coming year was finalized and a few pending items were discussed . Going forward after the membership renewal we are going to try and do a monthly update of pending projects and issues at the club in an effort to keep the members informed and hopefully more involved in the daily operation of our facility , this will hopefully come out via email but failing that it will be posted here .

The contact list has been updated and you can always volunteer as a co chair in your favorite segment .

Southern Counties Interclub

The rifle range and trap fields will be closed after 4PM for maintenance on the berms .

Sunday August 31 there will be trap practice as usual starting at noon

The annual general meeting will be held on September 10th at 7:30 PM . this is the evening where we meet our new executive and talk about projects for the upcoming year . All segments need co chair volunteers ,  a person must sit 2 years as a co chair before becoming a director . This allows the volunteer to get to know the month to month workings of the club and have their voice heard on issues and projects before becoming a director with voting power .

Come out on the 10th and volunteer a bit of your time to help keep our club running strong and looking great .

Wednesday trap practice will be moving up to 1 PM starting on September 3rd .

It will be winter interclub before you know it come out and brush up your skills
