Membership Renewal Process

Membership renewal will be held at Otter Valley Rod and Gun Club on the dates and times listed below.

 

Membership Fees for 2025 :

Renewal of outdoor membership                  $225

Renewal of Indoor membership                    $300

Additional family members                             $25 for the first one. $15 each after that

New Member initiation fee                             $100

If you do not renew by November 1st 2025 then you will no longer be an active member.

If you wish to have access to the club and its facilities you will have to go through our new member application process.

As a new member you must complete our new member orientation and 30 day probation period.  You also must pay the initiation fee.

TO RENEW AT THE CLUB HOUSE

Please click the link above to view the membership form.  Fill out the form then print it .

Blank forms will also be available at the clubhouse if you do not have a printer.

Bring your form to clubhouse with cash or a check on one of the dates listed above.  Also bring your old membership card as proof of membership.

You cannot renew unless you turn in your 2024/25 membership card.  If you have missed placed your card contact Andrew Demaray (519-521-8672 or andrewdemaray@gmail.com) for a replacement card.  Cost is $5 to replace your membership card.

We will only accept cash or cheque as payment. An Email account has been set up for EMT’s , you must speak to Andrew in order to use the EMT !       ottervalleyrodgunclub@gmail.com     This will only be available for current members in good standing.

You have until November 1st 2025 to renew your membership.
