Annual General Meeting – Sept 23 2020

Posted on

Hello Everyone
Just a reminder that this coming Wednesday (September 23) is the annual general meeting at the club start time 7pm

It is at this meeting that we elect and vote in the club members that will fill our executive position(s) for the next year

Not much is going to change at this point.  I, Andrew Demaray, am stepping back to Vice President and current Vice President Rick Szucsko is stepping up to President

We have had 3 directors resign.  All have been a great asset to the club for many years but currently have more important personal issues to take care of

If you would like to become more involved with the club and are able to be at most monthly meetings (second Wednesday at 7:30pm) we are looking for co-directors

You must be a co-director for 2 years before you can be a director

If interested in becoming a co-director please contact a current director

We wish that everyone could attend this general meeting but due to current COVID-19 gathering restrictions we are limited to 25 people in attendance for an outdoor meeting

Please bring your own lawn chair but don’t be disappointed if we have to turn you away as non of us want the fine that our government is threatening us with

BRING YOUR OWN FACE MASK TO THIS MEETING AND PLAN ON WEARING IT

As in the latest newsletter YOUR membership is due during the month of October  check website for details

Stay Safe but remember to keep Living

ANDREW DEMARAY
President OVR&GC
