There will be no trap practice on Sunday May 3rd , instead we will practice on Saturday May 2nd at 1PM

The Annual Kids fishing derby will be held again this year on Saturday April 25th . It is free to all kids 15 and under , no need to be a member . The registration starts at 9AM , the fishing starts at 10 AM and the derby concludes at 1 PM .

There will be lunch and snacks and prizes just like other years . Any member who would like to help out that day come on out we can always use the hands , and it’s so much fun watching the kids

This Saturday April 11th at 8 AM we are having the annual spring range clean up work day . We need as many people as are available to come out and volunteer a few hours of your time to give the ranges and the grounds a good spring cleaning . Bring cordless drivers if you have them rakes shovels , a pair of gloves and a willingness to help out . If you don’t have tools  but want to help out come on out we can certainly use you.

It is because of volunteers doing the basic maintenance that we are able to keep our membership dues at a lower cost so that every one can afford to join Otter Valley Rod and Gun . As soon as we have to hire an outside contractor to do these things our annual costs will go way up .

All Ranges Closed until all work is complete

Starting Wednesday April 15th the boys will be shooting trap practice starting at 4 PM weather permitting . The machine will have a few black targets mixed into the stacks . If you get a black target ……. and hit it , you get a free round of trap . Harder than you might think . Come on out and try your skills .
